Cristiano Ronaldo has been named the best forward of the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League at the draw for this year's tournament group stage in Monaco on Thursday. Ronaldo

The striker justifiably claimed the awards after helping Los Blancos win the famous trophy for the third time in four seasons. The Portuguese powerhouse was once again instrumental, as he scored 12 times and provided five assists in 13 appearances.
Lukas Modric took home the best midfielder award.
Sergio Ramos was named the best defender.
