Boko Haram Attacks

Two Communities In Adamawa state have been attacked by the Boko Haram group yesterday.

Nyibango and Muduhu, both in Madagali Local Government Area were on Monday night, August 14 attacked by suspected Boko Haram terrorists.
A few days ago, a similar attack was launched in a neighbouring village, Mildu in the same local government area where at least seven people lost their lives.
However, confirming the Monday’s attack, Chairman of Madagali Local Government Area, Yusuf Muhammed, said it lasted for about two hours and that the terrorists killed livestocks, looted and burnt many houses.


Reports has it that at least 27 persons have been confirmed dead while 80 others are injured after a female suicide bomber detonated a bomb at a market place in Konduga community in Borno state this evening. 

The suicide bomber disguised as a prospective buyer, infiltrated the market and detonated the bomb strapped on her. The police have cordoned off the area while efforts are being made to transport the injured victims to the hospital as well as take the remains of the dead victims to the hospital.
