Ben Bruce speaks on the reason the JAMB gave for reduced cut off mark

The former CEO of Silverbird Television and senator Ben Bruce has condemned the statement made by JAMB regarding the reduction of cut off mark. The latter had issued a statement saying that the reason for the reduction was to stop Nigerians from going abroad for studies. 

Senator Bruce on his twitter handle disagreed with this idea saying that 'It is silly for JAMB to say they reduced cut off marks to stop Nigerians going abroad' that only increased funding will stop that.

'If @JAMBHQ reduces cut off mark and govt doesn't increase spaces available in universities we only create problems instead of solving them'

'As long as the FG has not increased the capacity of our universities to absorb more intake, reducing cut off marks won't have any effect!'
